Mahjong Solitaire is a modern take on the classic tile game Mahjong. However, unlike the traditional four-player game, Mahjong Solitaire is a single-player game enjoyed by millions around the world for its fun and relaxing qualities.
To win, you must remove all of the tiles from the board before the timer expires or you run out of open matches. To remove tiles from the board, click two matching tiles that are not only identical but also "open." A tile is considered "open" if it has no tiles on its left or right sides or on top of it. Here's an example of two identical tiles that are also open.
Keep an eye out for blocked matches as you play. Despite the fact that these two tiles are identical, they cannot be matched if one of them is blocked. If you try to match a blocked tile, the game will notify you. Have you ever noticed a brightly colored flower or season tile on your board? The same rules apply here - the tiles can be matched if they're open and the same color, but matching these tiles will increase your score.
