About Solitaire Daily Challenge

What is Solitaire Daily Challenge?

The "Solitaire Daily Challenge" typically offers players a new, unique solitaire puzzle to solve every day. The goal is to arrange the cards in a specific way to build foundation piles from Ace to King, divided into four suits (hearts, diamonds, clubs, and spades). The game starts with a tableau of cards laid out in a specific pattern, and players must move cards within the tableau and to the foundation piles following certain rules and restrictions.

Solitaire Daily Challenge adds an element of time pressure and competition by offering a unique challenge every day. Players can compare their scores and completion times with others who have played the same daily puzzle. This format makes the game more engaging for solitaire enthusiasts who enjoy a bit of friendly competition.

Game Rules

The rules of Klondike Solitaire are generally as follows:

  1. The top card of each foundation pile must be an Ace and subsequent cards of the same suit should be placed in ascending order (2, 3, 4, ..., Queen, King).

  2. Within the tableau, cards can be moved in descending order and alternating colors. For example, a red 7 can be placed on a black 8.

  3. Players can move cards between tableau piles, and they can also move a group of cards in descending order and alternating colors from one tableau pile to another.

  4. When a tableau pile is empty, a King (or a group of cards starting with a King) can be moved to fill the space.

  5. The game is won when all cards are successfully moved to the foundation piles following the rules.
